Expand your knowledge and you will transform...

Dear Dreamcatcher :-)

"Your perspective is always limited by how much you know. Expand your knowledge and you will transform your mind." Bruce H. Lipton

And oooooh, how I couldn't agree more. Our mind often is occupied by a big peer of monkeys. At least for me. How about you?

Usually, being the structure lover that I am, I prepare all my posts in advance, so that I just need to share, share, share. Because I create, create, create. My mind never stops turning. It can be a blessing and a curse. Please let me know, if that applies to you as well!

However, these past weeks, things are happening and shifting and I am sometimes feeling stuck between starting a revolution and being the biggest hermit the Universe has ever taken care of.
I am feeling completely torn at times to even look at my phone or open my computer. I know I have a lot to share and I know that so  many people can benefit from my knowledge and energy. Whenever I meet new people and I start talking about myself, what I have done, what I have experienced, how I spend my time, I get the same reaction. Every single time. "Wow, that's amazing. People can learn so much from you and your experiences."

And oh well, all this wonderful and useful knowledge is covered by this big cloud of limiting beliefs.
Here are my top 3:

  1. no one is going to take me seriously because they assume I am much younger than my age and also they are distracted by the way I look (seriously, I often feel people are just starring at me but not listening)

  2. I am not knowledgeable enough. I always need to know about everything in detail before sharing anything

  3. I am too comfortable in being a hermit and no one really cares anyway.

I'm sharing this with you, because I know, that there are toooooooooons of people out there with the same beliefs and rarely do we hear about it from others.

How often do we hide our limiting beliefs behind excuses? Way too often, right?
Yet, if we keep hiding away our so called shadows, how will we ever be able to fully accept ourselves?
And if we don't ever accept ourselves, how do we ever want to grow?
And if we don't grow, how are we ever going to catch our dreams?
And if we are not catching our dreams, well...Why am I even considering to read and write this?

For the longest time, I had dreams and didn't even dare to even think about them.
Because, you know: "Dreams are nothing but shadows". Taking one course after the other in things that really interested me, expanded my knowledge in seeing people that really make a living in doing things they love.
In then starting my Master Life Coaching training plus various other personal growth programs, I have been facing so many of my limiting beliefs and researching on so many people who really followed their dreams even if they have heard the same phrase.
There is no light without shadow. We should not forget that and the only sustainable way of growing and moving forward is facing what is truly holding us back. Only in knowing that and only in facing it, can we truly move ahead.

I know you're reading this, because you have dreams, that sometimes might be so big that they paralyze you. We have all been there, I still am. Everyday. But I have also learned that without facing what seems to hold us back the most, we have a high risk of staying stuck in our old patterns.
I don't want that. I know that a lot of those patterns have hurt me, broke me, brought me to my knees and way below that.

This is why I do what I do. I support you in giving yourself permission in believing in your dreams. I support you in setting your goals and achieving them. I support you in owning your life purpose and I support you in being your most true authentic self.

Go close your eyes and let yourself sink in Dreamland. How does your perfect day look like?

Share it with me and let's catch your dreams together! :-)

Big hugs to you,
Anabell :-)
